Every funding decision Gabriel Foundation makes begins with a conversation, not a form.
We are deeply present in the work we invest in, staying involved long after the contribution is made. This is not traditional grantmaking. It is something rarer: a funding partnership built on trust, ethics alignment, and ongoing human connection.

No organization can solve them alone, and no funding body should pretend otherwise. Gabriel Foundation is deeply immersed in the areas where we invest, staying present with our partner organizations and the communities they serve long after the initial contribution is made. Since 2022, we have distributed more than €700,000+ in funding to organizations around the world.
Education
Education is not just schooling; it is the ground where children grow into themselves. We fund organizations building that ground for children who have been displaced, overlooked, and left behind by systems too slow to reach them.

We begin every potential partnership with a values and ethics inquiry, a short set of questions that help us understand who you are, how you work, and whether there is alignment between your organization and ours. We do not select partner organizations based solely on cause category alone. What we look for is the character of the organization and the integrity with which they do their work.

Partner organizations are asked to provide regular updates on the work being funded, how projects are progressing, what is working, and where challenges exist. We rely on our partners' honesty in sharing both successes and areas for growth. Specific reporting expectations are outlined in each funding partnership agreement.

Gabriel Foundation funds small, local, community-based organizations globally. While we prioritize organizations with established nonprofit status or equivalent in their country of operation, we evaluate each potential partner on a case-by-case basis. What matters most is ethics, community-rootedness, and organizational sustainability, not registration status alone.
