We do not fund organizations that accept government or country-specific institutional funding, organizations whose work is contingent on large NGO or international institutional grants, political campaigns or lobbying efforts, projects with an exclusively religious or denominational agenda, or one-time projects without a sustainable organizational structure behind them.

From that conversation, we determine together whether a funding partnership makes sense, and what it could look like. No targets imposed. No indicators demanded. No conditions beyond the agreed project.

Yes, with an important distinction. We do not accept formal grant proposals. What we welcome is a brief, human introduction: who you are, what community you serve, and why you feel there might be alignment between your work and ours. If there is, the next step is always a conversation.

Yes. Gabriel Foundation supports partner organizations globally. We have funding partners operating in Italy, Ukraine, Africa, among other locations. Geography is not a barrier; ethics and philosophy alignment are what matter.

It looks like a relationship. Regular updates from your organization on how the funded work is progressing. Honest conversations about what is working and what isn't. Invitations to share your work with our donor community. And a funding partner that stays involved, not one that writes a check and disappears.

We will tell you honestly. Gabriel's capacity to say yes is directly tied to the generosity of our donor community. If there is strong alignment but limited capacity at the time of your inquiry, we will keep you in our awareness and return to the conversation when the timing is right.

Both are possible depending on the nature of the partnership. Most of our funding is project-specific, we agree on a project, we fund it, and we follow it. But the relationship extends beyond any single project.

The conversation continues. Gabriel Foundation is interested in ongoing, long-term partnerships, not one-time transactions. If the first project goes well and there is continued alignment, we stay in the relationship and explore what comes next together.
